CBC Music’s fan choice awards announces their short list
 
CBC Music fans have narrowed the CBC Music Awards long list down to an exceptional short list after two weeks of voting. Announced this morning on CBCMusic.ca, the Top Five artists for eachcategory are as follows:

The CBC Music Awards recognize the best in Canadian music—as decided byCBCMusic.cafans.CBCMusic.cais celebrating this year’s top Canadian talent by inviting listeners tosupport their favourite artists through a set of online people’s choice polls.
 
Starting on Thursday, December 4, CBCMusic.ca will begin daily draws for voters to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab® S 10.5” 16GB. The draws for the tablets will happen on December 4-9, excluding the weekend (Dec. 6 &7). Click here for details.
 
Voting for the short list is now live and goes until Monday, December 8 at 3 p.m. ET. The winners of CBC Music Awards will be announced on Tuesday, December 9.
