CHIRP
Premieres fall 2014 on CBC Television

Based on the best-selling and well-loved children’s magazine, “Chirp”, this series celebrates play, imagination and the power of invention. Chirp, Tweet and Squawk are three best friends who use their imaginations and everyday objects to get them in - and out of - fantastically fun adventures and hilariously sticky predicaments. In each 11-minute episode, Chirp, Tweet and Squawk imagine themselves on grand quests through jungles or on pirate adventures…but often their imaginations can get them into trouble.

That’s where the Mail Squirrel comes in handy. Every day, at just the right time, the Mail Squirrel drops off a package for Chirp. Seemingly innocuous items like a hand-held fan, elastic band or paper clip become a play-saver when Chirp and his friends engineer them into something more helpful.

By using characters kids relate to and laugh with, coupled with situations they’re engaged and entertained by, CHIRP opens up the world to preschoolers, one awesome adventure at a time.

THE MOBLEES
Premieres winter 2015 on CBC Television

THE MOBLEES is a multi-platform “Movement Movement” designed to promote healthy active living among Canadian children. THE MOBLEES aims to provide early intervention strategies to reduce childhood obesity and to inspire a foundational change in the way children and their families move through their daily lives. Set in the whimsical world of Terra Mova, the series invites children to join in the action, and engages them with energetic and compelling characters, catchy music, beautiful sets, and adventurous storylines filled with fun, humour and above all, movement!

As a multi-platform initiative, THE MOBLEES will extend the experience for children and families beyond the television set to include online adventures and memberships, a tangible rewards system, and a variety of outreach stage shows and appearances across Canada.

Premieres fall 2014 on CBC Television

YOU & ME is a return to classic children’s television with a modern bohemian sensibility. Children use imaginative play to make sense of themselves and the world around them—they literally play with ideas to see how they fit.

YOU & ME invites children to take part in the ultimate play date with JP, the ultimate playmate. It’s filled with adventures that explore the world of a preschooler, all set in a place where people, puppets and animation coexist in perfect harmony. It’s an imaginative and hilarious series ruled by “kid logic,” matching the exact frequency of children’s play and inviting them to join in at every turn.

Most importantly, everything about YOU & ME is an opportunity for children to feel seen, heard and competent, and to joyfully celebrate their own amazing abilities.
