MARKETPLACE goes undercover with hidden cameras in the big five banks to test how up front they are about bank fees. Canadians feel the banks are ripping them off, and Erica Johnson reveals how they’re doing it in the fine print. It seems that every Canadian has a story to tell, so we call in an insider from the world of finance who was a Bay Street player for the big financial firms. He tells us that banks are making hundreds of millions of dollars a year from Canadians in bank fees alone… Our banks need to be busted, and MARKETPLACE is on the case.
