A look at babies born with ambiguous genitalia; a profile of legendary Vogue editor Anna Wintour; the mysterious murder that changed the course of Chinese politics; and a sex worker who serves people with disabilities: CBC News Network’s The Passionate Eye brings Canadians four provocative new documentaries, beginning Sunday, Nov. 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

InterSEXion airs Sunday, Nov. 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT
One baby in 2000 is born with genitalia so ambiguous that doctors can’t tell if it’s a boy or a girl. What if it’s neither? Told they should keep it a secret, many intersex people are now revealing the damage they experienced after being surgically altered as children. And they’re sharing candid and personal stories about condition that’s not uncommon, just unheard of.

The September Issue airs Saturday, Dec. 1 at 10 p.m. ET
The Sundance Award-winning documentary profiles the “Madonna” of the 300-million-dollar fashion industry, legendary Vogue editor and inspiration for the movie, The Devil Wears Prada—Anna Wintour. The film gains unprecedented access to her larger-than-life team as they create the biggest-ever issue of the fashion bible, the September issue of Vogue.

Chinese Murder Mystery airs Sunday, Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. ET and Sunday Dec. 9 at 10 p.m. ET/PT
Rumors of corruption, blackmail and the murder of British businessman Neil Heywood destroyed a rising Chinese political star’s career—but did his wife actually do it? Bo Xilai was considered a possible choice for VP in the recent once-in-a-decade Communist Party National Congress…until his wife’s arrest changed everything. Chinese Murder Mystery investigates the rumours that continue to swirl around the murder and possible cover-up that has changed the course of Chinese political history.

Scarlet Road: A Sex Worker’s Journey airs Sunday, Dec. 9 at 11 p.m. ET/PT
Impassioned about sexual expression, an Australian sex worker specializes in a long overlooked clientele. With humour and passion, she has a dramatic impact on her customers, many of whom are confined to wheelchairs, and who blossom under her attention.
