CBC'S STEVEN AND CHRIS CELEBRATES 500 EPISODES!

STEVEN AND CHRIS celebrates its 500th episode on Friday, March 16 at 2 p.m. ET/PT

CBC Television’s popular daily lifestyle series, STEVEN AND CHRIS, will celebrate its 500th episode on Friday,  March 16 at 2 p.m. ET/PT! This special anniversary episode will feature a variety of fabulous content that has been selected by loyal STEVEN AND CHRIS viewers through online pollsoncbc.ca/stevenandchris.  The website will also feature celebratory exclusives including the ‘Top 10 Steven and Chris Moments’, fan giveaways, and congratulatory messages from some of the show’s many contributors and guests.
  The

500th episode of STEVEN AND CHRIS will offer a collection of festive segments, including a trendy chocolate ganache-filled donut recipe from Chef Joshna Maharaj, a ‘junky to funky’ do-it-yourself project and a look at the latest fitness gadgets. To top it off, a few special ‘primate guests’  will drop by the STEVEN AND CHRIS set to join in the celebration, including a lemur, a gibbon, and a baboon.


  Additionally, on Friday, April 13, STEVEN AND CHRIS will announce the winner of the ‘Live Right Now Capital of Canada Challenge’.Launched in 2011 by CBC and Radio-Canada, Live Right Now inspired Canadians to live healthier lives. Canadians were challenged to participate in the Million Pound Challenge and lose one million collective pounds in six months - that goal was surpassed with participants shedding 1,600,000 pounds! More exciting details about this announcement will be shared in the coming weeks.
