SYNOPSIS: From Warp Films, the producers of the breakout drama AdolescenceReunion follows Daniel Brennan (Matthew Gurney), a Deaf man returning to society after ten years in prison. Haunted by the past and driven by a need for both redemption and revenge, Brennan struggles to reconnect with his family and find his place in a world where he belongs to neither side—unable to fully integrate into the hearing community and shunned by the Deaf one. Told in British Sign Language and spoken English, this powerful revenge thriller charts Brennan’s attempt to rebuild a relationship with his estranged, now-adult daughter Carly (Lara Peake), while Christine (Anne-Marie Duff)—the wife of the man Brennan killed—searches for answers of her own. As their lives collide, Brennan must choose: give in to his thirst for vengeance, or seize the chance for a new life with his daughter.
