Catherine Tait in conversation with Reynolds Mastin at Prime Time Online 2021

Virtual fireside chat is one of three live events during CMPA’s flagship annual conference.

Media are invited to attend a live virtual fireside chat between Catherine Tait, President and CEO, CBC/Radio-Canada and the Reynolds Mastin, CEO, Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA), on Tuesday, February 9. This event is as part of the CMPA’s flagship annual conference, Prime Time Online 2021.

Ms. Tait and Mr. Mastin will discuss the collaborative opportunities that lie ahead for producers and Canada’s national public broadcaster, the recent CRTC public hearing on CBC/Radio-Canada’s licence renewal, and the potential implications of pending updates to the Broadcasting Act.
